Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is for clients who are looking for a mental health reset. Life doesn’t stop, and neither should your self-care program. The stress from day-to-day living tends to accumulate in the muscles, tendons, and joints of the body, and over time can cause a person to devolve into a sub-optimal state of health.
  • Increases quality of sleep
  • Balances the mind/body connection
  • Reduces stress
  • Reduces anxiety
  • Reduces pain.
  • Is Great for those navigating the grieving process.
Often booked once a month for mental health maintenance. If You’d Like To Read Up On How Your Body Stores Stress, Here is A Great Article From Psychology Today.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is for clients experiencing acute pain from injuries related to athletic activities (or work) - or athletes who want to shorten their recovery time in between training sessions, allowing them to train more often and increase their long-term performance. Are you a Marathoner, A competitive Weight Lifter? A Wrestler? A Cyclist? A Golfer? Do you run cross country? Do you push a baby stroller while you run? All of these activities can be improved (and pain reduced) as the result of Sports Massage.

But maybe you aren’t an athlete. Maybe you work at a job that is physically demanding. Are you an electrician who suffers from neck pain? Are you a nurse who has to stand for long periods of time or transfer patients? Are you a truck driver suffering from lower back pain? Are you a hospitality industry worker who suffers from upper back pain? Maybe you are an oil rig worker who suffers from upper and lower back pain? All of these individuals can benefit from sports massage.

  • Sciatica
  • Low Back Pain
  • Stress/Anxiety
  • Carpal Tunnel
  • Upper Back Pain
  • Hormone Regulation
  • Improvement of Nerve Pain
  • Reduction in Swelling
The benefits of prenatal massage are well documented. You can learn more at The American Pregnancy Association. We have included a link below.

Special Note: Prenatal Massage can be scheduled to attempt labor induction (most successful when combined with a chiropractic session with Dr. Tom Lightfoot).
